Condition
The window seat: Good restored condition; stable; re-decoration with some chip, losses and wear to painted surface; the caning in good condition; old repaired break to cross-bar and now with an additional cross-bar above it.
The lamp: Overall good condition, now mounted as a lamp and electrified; chips and losses to painted decoration throughout with some inpainting and with some dents and dings.
