Overall in fair condition. The entire suite with significant surface dirt throughout. The table with scratches to the top surface. The chairs with lifting and separation to some of the seams. It appears that some of the seams have been covered with a later patch. With abrasions and soiling to the leather. With rippling to the seams throughout, minor pulling at the seams and some discoloration to the white upholstery. One small strip of vinyl is separated from one of the chairs. This is an overseam panel and therefore the loss is not evident when looking at the chairs. These chair would benefit from restoration and re-upholstery. The table with some minor nicks and scratches to the edges.
