Condition
The sheet is sound and is undulating, particularly in the corners. The sheet is adhered to the mount by pieces of adhesive tape attached to the reverse. There are a few very minor spots of foxing and the sheet has discoloured slightly . There is a very faint horizontal line visible in the sheet to the right of the figure's head, which may be a slight crease. There is a minor abrasion to his tie, which is only visible upon close inspection. Otherwise the surface is in good overall condition.
Held under glass in a gilt wooden frame.
