Condition

The frame with wear, nicks and losses to painted decoration of frame; the ivory plaque with slight warpage and now with some separations over lines of construction; repair to the hand of the male figure in the foreground; some age cracks to the background; dirt to crevices and with some discoloration to the ivory in places as can be seen in the catalogue illustration. Please note this lot contains endangered material which may require a CITES permit to export. Please contact the department with any questions prior to sale.
