Condition
STRUCTURE
This picture is stretched over (but not glued to) a panel and in good condition with bright colouring. There no signs of craquelure and the paint surface is clean. The picture is ready to hang.
UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT
There are areas of retouching throughout, probably to infill craquelure. This has been well executed and is not visible to the naked eye. There is little retouching to the figures.
FRAME
This picture is contained in an attractive moulded plaster and gilt frame (in good condition).
