Condition

Very good condition overall for an object of this fragility and age; old break at first quarter of tail (reglued) with tip of tail missing, as seen on photographs; minor (1mm) loss at one small pierced hole on proper right ear; otherwise flawless (it is remarkable that the extremely long and slender horns and ears are unbroken); exceptionally fine aged blackened patina with red and dark threads attached.
