Condition

The lock on door is replaced, hinges restrored, escuchons replaced, 3/4 of an inch by 13 inch patch to proper left outward stile of door, patches to sides of case at location of hinges, patch to wood around where new lock is. Battens on hinge have been broken and re-glued, drawer lip on upper most drawer restored, the drawer lip on lower most drawer restored, patches to drawer lips on middle two drawers, hardware replaced, added glue blocks to frame.
