All works are in good condition. Works are framed (under glass) in gilded frames. (Rites of Spring) UV examination reveals possible retouching in garland (lower right). (The Dancer) UV examination reveals retouching in spots upper left, centre and down right edge; extensive retouching bottom right corner. (The Musician) UV examination reveals spot retouching across top and extensive repainting centre (in cape), face and hair.

These three panels would appear to be the original presentations for Nerli's larger, specifically commissed, final works painted to decorate the proscenium of the old vaudeville Tivoli Theatre, Castlereagh Street, Sydney which was destroyed by fire and rebuilt as the Embassy Theatre by the architects Backhouse and Backhouse.
