2 stipple-engraved plates (20 7/8 x 13 5/8 in.; 533 x 346 mm, and slightly smaller) extracted from Redouté's Les Liliacées (Paris, 1802–1816), printed in colors and finished by hand, the first after Redouté by de Gouy and signed P. J. Redouté pinx. and de Gouy sculp. and numbered 174, the second after Redouté by Lemaire and signed P. J. Redouté pinx. and Lemaire sculp. and numbered 475. Very good impressions, the first preserving deckle at the top margin; the second lightly browned with a few small stains at lower margin. Floated and glazed in matching handsome gilt frames.
