  • A PAIR OF LARGE BRONZE CRANES, LATE 19TH CENTURY
  • 235cm high
each standing with head raised and beak open, the tail and wing feathers with detailed markings

Condition

crane 1: solder repair to upper left leg; solder repair to left wing; some cracks to back and feathers; some repaired cracks to neck; crane 2: repair to upper right leg; crack to neck in middle, crack to upper neck; some splits to feathers on back; both cranes have impressed Chinese marks to back of lower neck
