Condition
The catalogue ilustartion is faithful to the painting. the canvas has a modern relining. The paint surface is secure and clean with some patches of abrasion. To the naked eye the painting appears in fair and presentable presentation. Inspection under UV light reveals several strengthenings and retouchings and some areas of restoration. Offered in an elaborate carved wood frame with some knocks but structurally sound.
