BIBLIOGRAFIA DI RIFERIMENTO
L. Mallé, Le Sculture del museo d'Arte Antica, Museo Civico di Torino, 1965, fig. 2;

The intricate interlacing geometric design which includes two stylised birds in the spandrels can be closely compared with the architectural reliefs in Berlin illustrated by Volbach and which are dated to the 9th century.  Compare also with stylistically related Piedmontese reliefs, also 9th century, in the Museo Civico, Turin illustrated by Mallé.
