of circular form on a spreading gilded socle, the cavetto decorated with the Imperial arms including the collar of the Order of St. Andrew on an ermine-lined mantle surmounted by the Imperial crown, the border with burnished gilt ciselĂ© martial trophies and lion masks on a deep blue ground, unmarked
