shaped rectangular, the corners applied with rosettes, the bound reed-framed aperture below leaf and berry festoons, the reverse inscribed: Comdr D. M. Anderson/ from/ HIM The Empress Marie Feodorovna/ May 1909, silver strut, containing a photograph of a gentleman by the firm of Andrew and George Taylor, struck with workmaster's initials, 88 standard, London import marks for Fabergé
Condition
The nephrite has been replaced, and there are very minor chips to the edges of the stone. The strut has been reattached backwards.
