Condition

Lithograph on paper. There is a minor tear to the paper in the lower left corner. There are small, minor areas of abrasion to the paper and areas of very minor foxing. There is a minor fold line across the center. Held in a painted wood frame and under glass. Unexamined out of frame.

Catalogue Note

These lithographs were inspired by the production of the Cubo-Futurist opera Victory over the Sun by A. Kruchenykh and with music by Mikhail Matiushin, first performed at the Luna Park Theatre in St. Petersburg in 1913 with designs by Malevich.
