  • width: 9.8cm, 3 7/8 in.
the lid cast and chased with a herd of elephants, cabochon sapphire thumbpiece, gilt interior, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, scratched inventory number 6088 or 8809, 88 standard

Condition

Very good condition. There is a cluster of shallow dents at lower right corner of lid, visible in the catalogue photo. Minor surface scratches.
