Description

  • width: 10.8cm, 4 1/4 in.
carved in palisander, the lid applied with a gold coin of Elizabeth Petrovna within ribbon-tied chestnut leaves set with cabochon emeralds, surmounted by a rose-cut diamond-set Imperial crown, the end with vesta compartment, orange tinder cord with silver-gilt ring, containing two Bogdanov cigarettes, struck with workmaster's initials and Fabergé in Cyrillic, 56 and 88 standards

PLEASE NOTE: There is an inventory number, 9595, in ink, interior side. Excellent condition. The wood with very minor surface abrasions.
