Condition
Good general condition. Colour and patina are both good. Old marks and scratches and bruising to seats consistent with having been sat on by liveried staff. Both front rails have age cracks and one has small inset patch to the centre of the front rail and a rather clumsy repair to one corner. The other chair has visible diamond shaped patches to the top of the front rail and a stained fruitwood stretcher which is a later repair. There are age cracks to both back-rails and backs. Both have later metal brackets beneath the seat rails.
