- PLEASURES AND TERRORS OF LEVITATION 67
mounted, 1956
Condition
This photograph, on cool-white paper with a slight surface sheen, is in generally excellent condition. Visible upon close examination are the following: a few small mounting disturbances, likely tiny particles trapped between the print and the mount; a 1½-inch vertical surface scratch that does not break the emulsion in the left portion of the image; small deposits of original retouching in the figure; and 5 pinpoint-sized black spots in the image.
On the mount, a pen-point-sized rust-colored deposit is visible ¼-inch below the print. The numbers '67' and '´58' are annotated in an unidentified hand in pencil on the mount. On the reverse of the mount, the annotation 'P=T 67 1956' is written in an unidentified hand in pencil. Also visible is a one-inch area of light brown discoloration along the bottom edge.
When examined with a blacklight, this print appears to fluoresce readily.
