Description

  • 98cm. high, 201cm. wide, 49cm. deep; 3ft. 2½in, 6ft. 7in., 1ft. 7in.;
the verde antico marble top above a pair of frieze drawers, the two doors below with lyre and wreath decoration flanked by caryatid uprights on a plinth base

Condition

Good condition. Both panel doors have vertical splits and veneer cracks around the edges. There is a patch to the veneer to one corner of a frieze drawer. There are later sections to the underside of the marble top, and to the back. Many of the applied mouldings are later. The gilt-bronze mounts have some signs of wear. Various old chips, marks and scratches.
