  • Adoration of the Magi
  • bronze, on a green velvet background in an ebonised wood frame

Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is good. There is wear and some minor dirt to the surface consistent with age and handling. There is particular rubbing to the top of the heads of St. Joseph, the two kneeling figures and the horse in the foreground and around the mounting brackets. There are small areas of greening in the lower right and lower left corners. There is a small circular hole behind the back of the kneeling youth.
