This large canvas is dirty and the paint surface is under a discoloured varnish. The paint surface is abraded in areas and a restored seam runs horizontally below the centre of the canvas. Several areas of restoration can be made out, for example along the seam, upper left, centre right and in several other areas. Some old frame abrasion is present. The canvas would greatly benefit from restorative attention. Offered in a later plain wood frame in fair condition.
