The support consists of a single panel with a convex bow. The paint surface is generally secure although the paint has started to flake along the edges where it joins the engaged frame. Fine craquelure is visible throughout and overall the surface is fairly abraded with the majority of the gold leaf having worn away. There are some surface scratches centre left in the faces of the three figures. The dirty varnish impedes thorough inspection under UV light although some areas of retouching do fluoresce. Offered in an engaged frame with some knocks and paint losses.
