Condition
The catalogue illustration is too red in tone. The painting has recently been cleaned, relined and restored and appears to be in very good condition. The paint surface may be very slightly thin and lost some of the topmost glazes, but overall there are no major damages and no recent intervention is visible under ultra violet light. The varnish layer is even.
