Condition

Laid down. Unframed. Vertical and horizontal creases through centre. Minor holes and losses, bottom, top and right centre. Some light staining, otherwise good.

Thöne believes that the drawing is not by Lindtmayer himself, but by an artist in his entourage, working circa 1580-5.  He notes that the drawing was once bordered with a wreath of foliage.
