The painting is in fair condition. The canvas has been relined (a bit strong). Under ultraviolet light: There is a restoration along the upper edge due to the frame stress marks. A vertical restoration (15 cm high) is visible on the left in the sky. There is also two dots of repaint of 2 cm diameter in the upper left corner. The face, neck, shoulder and left forearm have been underlined. There are a few small repainted areas in the tree, between the saint right arm and his body, in the arrow on the left and in part of the flesh. The lower part has been heavily restored.
