Natural pearl and diamond necklace

Composed of 145 natural pearls and 1 cultured pearl measuring approximately 8.20 to 4.40 mm., the clasp set with old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately .55 carat, mounted in gold and platinum, length 35 inches.

Good condition. The creamy white pearls are predominantly round to near round with approximately a dozen egg-shaped and off-round examples. With varying degrees of pink and green overtones, generally good luster with some high luster and waxy examples; predominantly minor blemishing and very nice skins. The string isn't knotted but appears to be in good condition. The platinum-topped gold clasp is set with 15 old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.55 carat; approximately H-I color, VS-SI clarity. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 53923 stating 145 natural pearls and 1 cultured pearl, saltwater.
