- Diamond and platinum
The pear-shaped diamond weighing 13.85 carats, mounted in a simple platinum setting.
Condition
Good condition. Gentle wear to the mounting; minor gold solder seen on the reverse. There is a threaded cylinder on the mounting, presumably to accept a screw from an older mounting. Accompanied by GIA report no. 2105840616 stating that the diamond is D color, VS2 clarity. Together with a letter from the GIA stating that the diamond has been determined to be a type Ia. Currently suspended from a 20-inch delicate platinum chain.
