Condition
The canvas is unlined and tightly stretched. The paint layer has been tickly applied. There are some areas of craquelure, particularly where the paint layer is thinner—which is in the darker colors on the composition. It has not been examined outside of its frame. There are 2 areas by the upper edge where the paint has lifted and in some cases come off.
