Catalogue Note
The Nitya Devis are a group of fifteen tantric goddesses representing the complete lunar cycle of the moon. The word Nitya means perennial and together this group of Goddesses represent the Kalachakra or Wheel of Time which revolves constantly like the moon. Worshipping these Goddesses and their attendant shaktis enables the practitioner to connect with their divine energy and combat and dispel various negative forces and afflictions.
