Condition

Executed on very thin cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is taped to the mount at all four corners. There is a 1 cm vertical tear running towards the centre of the upper edge. There is a very thin tiny 0.5 cm loss of paper in the lower edge. Apart from a 3 cm horizontal flattened crease and a 2 cm one in the centre of the right edge, two spots of foxing in the lower right corner and some light time-staining, this work is in stable condition.

Black crayon and estompe on paper. Executed in 1905.
