  • Executed in the late 1860s.
The recto of this double-sided drawing is a portrait of Pissarro's eldest son, Lucien, who was born in 1863. The verso is probably the artist's wife resting.

Condition

Hinged to the front mat at top edge. Some spots of foxing. Soft rippling. Diagonal crease along top right corner. Overall good condition.
