Description

on her side with her right knee raised, adorned with necklaces and armbands, the peacock beside her, together with a small Flemish fruitwood relief of the Assumption of the Virgin, signed with the monogram CB and dated 1630, and a Flemish ebony relief of the Deposition, circa 1600 (not illustrated). Three pieces.

Condition

Juno: Standard minor wear. Right arm reattached and repair to thumb. Otherwise very minor losses. Assumption relief: Minor losses to edges. Minor wear. Deposition relief: Minor wear. Minor surface abrasions.
