Description
- each 203cm high, 107cm wide; 6ft. 8in., 3ft. 6in.
Condition
Gilding slightly darker and less greenish and more natural and attractive than in catalogue photograph. There is evidence of strengthening at the back of the carved sections on the top, sides and apron. Some very minor chips to gilding as visible from photograph, but this is generally in very good order and some old very minor restorations to carved sections which are only visible when mirrors are viewed from behind. There is a small break across the bottom left corner of one mirror plate which is not illustrated. Evidence of old very minor worm, as visible from photograph, which appears to be no longer active. Very attractive carving and design. In overall good conserved condition. Rare to have a set of four.
