the back fitted with two later drawers, the underside with a white ivorine Stair & Company label. Adapted, reduced in width, later elements.

Overall good restored condition; the later back rail fitted with two later drawers, drawers locked with no key; the frieze with cuts and probably reduced in width; losses to tips of carved acanthus scrolls to the left edge of the front frieze; the right frieze with loss to the rocaille carving of the back edge and with loss to the C scroll carving to the front edge, and with loss to a small C scroll carving; left apron with a replaced section to the centre; left side bracket to the front left leg slightly loose and with a loss to the carving at join with the leg; front frieze with two replaced tips; right side frieze with two replaced tips and loss to one tip; later varnish and age cracks to timber of frieze; later marble top with some minor scratches with minor wear and chips to the edges; ΒΌ inch shallow chip to back left corner; front right leg and back left leg with age cracks; overall with old marks,and scratches.
