the drum top fitted with four drawers, the top of two drawers stamped JJ, the underside of each caster stamped H, P, &, RR respectively and correspond to each caster wheel stamped R, P, &, H respectively.
Condition
Overall good restored condition; the top refinished with small nicks and scratches and with some areas of white gesso left over from French polishing; small replaced section approximate 1 ½ inches to the beaded edge; the frieze with some repairs to the cockbeading in places; old repairs and infilling to the collar at join with stem and with areas of old worm; the stem in good condition; three legs with old repaired breaks with subsequent inpainting at joins with the plinth and with subsequent cracks and inpainting to the canted corners of the plinth; overall with old marks, scratches, scuffs and bruises consistent with age and use.
