Condition
Overall fair restored condition; the solid mahogany top with slight warpage and with one very long age crack with visible separation surrounded by some long age cracks to either sides and with subsequent butterfly patches to the underside; the brass gallery with losses to the black paint throughout; the frame veneered frieze with minor shrinkage to the veneers; two brackets to one long side with old breaks; one side bracket slightly loose and with old repaired breaks and one bracket to the other long side slightly loose and with old breaks; old repaired break to the X-form stretcher at the intersection; the flower-head carving to the stretcher probably replaced; overall with some old marks and scratches.
