Catalogue Note
Reclining Angel is the only one of the ceramic sculptures created by John Perceval in the 1950s and 1960s to be cast in bronze. This work is one of an edition of six cast by Sweeney Reed. The original ceramic was in the collection of Violet Dulieu.
