Hand-colored lithograph, by J.T. Bowen, Philadelphia, 1844, on wove paper, with margins, discoloration throughout, a few tears at the sheet edges, framed

Condition

Discoloration comprises scattered foxing, significant mat burn on the verso showing through at the sheet edges and pale damp stain at the lower right corner. There are 1/4" tears at the lower left sheet edges, as well as two broken through creases at the upper right corner backed with scotch tape. There are two very shallow losses at the lower edge and the sheet is very lightly rippled.
