Pile evenly low to knotheads overall; soft celery ground of medallion repiled; repiling and tinting to red field, scattered smaller repiled spots.
Ends secured with binding stitch.
Sides partially later overcast in brown wool.
Robust weave yet flexible handle, thus sound fabric. Restored and ready for use.
