Condition

Pile is generally low to knotheads throughout. Scattered rewoven areas in field and border, with the largest reweaves being one approximately 2 inches by 4 inches in upper left corner and one 2 inches by 4 inches in medallions. Further scattered smaller reweaves. Scattered repiled areas throughout. Scattered spot stains. Sides overcast in madder red. One-cord wool selvaging. Rewoven upper and lower end guard stripes and a few rows of guard borders also rewoven. Flexible handle, sound fabric and condition, will enhance with cleaning.
