Condition

Covers - one has had the dog finial broken off and glued back on. The dog also has a shallow frit/chip to the end of its nose. The other cover has a haircrack to the top under the dog. Both covers have brass mounts, these are old but have been later added and the edges of both covers are ground back on at least one side. Both dogs and covers have some rubbing to the gilding. Vases - both have slight rubbing to gilding but are otherwise in good condition. Both are glued to modern wood bases.
