Condition

Overall excellent condition. Based on the style of the application, we believe that the present finish to the top of the table is probably original. Over approximately the past ten years a contemporary glass top protected the top surface of the table, and therefore the table top has suffered very little recent damage, with the exception of one shallow 12 inch scratch to the top. Otherwise the table top with minor nicks, dents and scratches. The contemporary glass top is being sold with the table. The legs with expected losses and scratches to paint, some of which reveal the natural steel color below, as seen in the catalogue illustration. The largest loss of paint to the feet is at the midpoint of the leg and extends the width of the fin-like shape, apparent in the catalogue photograph. A superb example of this rare form.
