cast in high relief, on high square later marble base

Condition

In overall good condition with some minor dents, marks, scratches and wear to the patination. Both hands of Mary damaged and with small losses. Smaller loss to front base. Fingers of Saint John's proper left hand slightly misshapen. Both figures with signs of former attachment to the back of their head. Now attached with metal pens, soft solder and gesso to the later associated marble bases (minor frits to the rims, small chips to corners, sanding marks to the top), loose.
