Description
The mustard suede purse centring on a clasp in the form of a stylised tree, set with a carved hydrogrossular garnet and rose-cut diamonds, decorated with dark blue enamel, opening to a gold leather interior with a main compartment, side pocket and mirror, measurements approximately: length 217mm, width 142mm, depth from 25mm to 47mm, French assay marks.
Condition
Suede and lining in very good condition. Recently recovered. Diamonds bright. Hydrogrossular garnet also known as Transvaal or African jade, translucent, medium yellowish green. Enamel in good condition. Stiff clasp. In very good condition.
