Comprising: a ring to a tapered band set with three circular-cut diamonds, size M; together with a brooch of stylised leaf and open work design, set with calibré-cut rubies, circular- and single-cut diamonds, 1940s, one ruby deficient.

Ring: Diamonds estimated colour G-H, estimated clarity VS2-SI1, weighing approximately 2.30-2.40 carats, side diamonds with fish eye, culets on diamonds very small. Scratches to mount consistent with wear. Brooch: rubies, strong orangy red to purplish red. Diamonds weighing approximately 2.30-2.50 carats, bright and lively. Rotating clasp. In good condition.
