Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Italian assay marks. Ruby weighing approximately 1.60 carats. Strong purplish red, dark tone. Diamonds estimated colour G-H+ mounted in yellow gold, estimated clarity SI, weighing approximately 0.70 carats. In very good condition.
