  • the largest 48cm. high, 108cm. wide, 54cm. deep, the smallest 20cm. high, 51cm. wide, 26cm. deep; 1ft. 7in., 3ft. 6 ½ in., 1ft. 9 ¼ in. and 8in., 1ft. 8in., 10 ¼ in.
each of rectangular form with a hinged top revealing a lined interior, the sides with brass carrying handles and applied throughout  with brass nailed decoration and brass borders with camphor-wood carcasses

Condition

measurements of the middle three trunks: 42cm. high, 92cm. wide, 46cm. deep; 1ft. 4 ½ in., 3ft. 1ft. 6in. 33cm. high, 79cm., 39cm.; 1ft. 1in., 2ft. 7in., 1ft. 3 ½ in. 26cm. high, 64cm. wide, 32cm. deep; 10 ¼ in., 2ft. 1 ¼ in., 1ft. ½ in. Overall well preserved condition in the context of age. However the leather is lifting in places. Some inevitable perishing to leather. Some minor restorations to leather.
