Condition
Pile ranges from approximately 1/10 of an inch to low to knotheads and spot foundation. A few scattered moth damaged areas in left border and lower register of field. Original three-cord wool selvages. Original flatwoven end finishes with knotted fringes. Some losses to fringes in areas. Lower left corner embroidered with "F457" on reverse. Lower right corner with woven signature "FG" in brown. Supple handle, good overall condition, ready for use.
