Pile ranges from approximately 1/2 inch to 1/3 inch. Some scattered small slits and holes due to dryness of foundation in isolated areas with the largest loss being approximately 1 inch by 2 inches on left side. Some scattered spot stains and surface dirt, with one approximately 3 inches by 4 inches faded area and one 4 inches by 14 inch stained area around center being the largest in size. Approximately 1 foot by 8 feet restitched fireplace area using the original cutout. A few glued patches on reverse and one restitched area in upper right corner. Lower left corner with illegible printed letters. Sides and ends secured with burlap strips sewn on reverse. Magestic design, good pile.
